Aligning the instrument

While looking through the eyepiece, 
use the joystick to position the 
instrument such that the central two 
red cross patterns reflected from the 
cornea are positioned in the center of 
the circle.  There will be two additional 
patterns in the peripheral which are 
not used in the measurement.
